Shopping Lists

A Shopping List lets you write a list of Supplier Products that you want to order across one more suppliers. They are great for keeping track of Products you want to place during a day, or for preparing an order for a future event.

The overview page shows all current draft shopping lists.

An open Shopping List shows a break down of all the Supplier Products you want to order and from which Supplier.

It also shows any Supplier restrictions which might affect your delivery timescale.

If you meet all restrictions, the system will show a green tick and you will be able to confirm and place order directly from this screen.

If restrictions have not been set, or they are not met, a red exclamation will show. If this is the case you can split this shopping list into individual purchase orders for you to manage each order, resolve the issue and send to the Supplier one-by-one.
