How to Record a "Quick Delivery" using Opsimize

If you do not want to record and send your purchase orders through Opsimize, you have the option to only record the actual deliveries when they come in.  To do that, go to Ordering > Delivery Notes, and click on "+ Quick Delivery", as shown below.

You will be presented with the following view:

Click on "+" button in the form to add items to your delivery.  You will see a supplier product selection form, as below.  Choose the items you need (use the Search function if you need to), and click on Select button to add to the delivery note.

Once you've added supplier products to the delivery note, enter the quantity delivered for each item and edit prices if needed.  Once you are satisfied that all products, quantities, and prices are correct, click on Delivered in Full to record delivery.  At this point, all products will be added to your inventory and all ingredient prices will be recalculated.

Confirm the stock input by marking as "Delivered in Full"
