How to Resync my Recipe Items?

In order for Lightspeed K Series Menu items to be synchronised with Opsimize, they need to exist within a K-Series Menu first. We then Synchronise the Menu (And all items contained within) from K-Series with Opsimize.

Menu's can be configured for daily automatic refresh (6am GMT Daily), or be manually synchronised Ad-Hoc.

To Resync your Recipe IDs Adhoc from K Series please follow the steps below;

Step 1) Go to "Menu Items" in the left-hand menu bar
Step 2) Go to "Recipe"
Step 3) Select the "Cloud"
Step 4) Highlight the "Menu" you wish to update and "Update Selected"
Step 5) Check "Recipe" is now listed in the list
