Stock Take Release Notes - November 2020
We’ve added some additional stocktake functionality that you should be aware of:
If your Opsimize user is configured with the “Variance Report” role, you now have the ability to Populate the Stocktake with the “Expected Count”. The new Column can be found on:
- The Count Page
- View & Export Page
For obvious reasons we have left it off the count “Print” PDF’s.
On creation of the stocktake, this column will NOT be populated, and will only be populated when the following happens:
- Users Presses the New “Get Expected UOM” Button on the “Count Page” <- Note, if viewing just one Category, only the Expected UOM will be calculated for that one Category.
- Users Presses the New “Get Expected UOM” Button on the “View and Export Page” – All Categories are Populated with the “Expected UOM” Count
- You run the Variance Report
For all of the above, you can ONLY do this is you have the User Role: “Variance Report”
We’ve also added the Reports into the actual Stocktake, and added the function that checks when the report was last updated when the stocktake is in draft – As now you are prompted with an option to re-calculate the report, if it wasn’t done recently, or just go in, and view what is there.
